National FCCLA Week is Feb. 8-12. We will be having various activities throughout the week including our annual scavenger hunt on Friday. Sign-up sheets will be posted in the hallway.
Girls Basketball Meeting: Unity council and captains, please meet in room #4 over noon hour. Thanks.
FCCLA/Speech Team Dinner: Postponed until a later date. Check with Mrs. Drueke.
Valentine Scavenger Hunt: The Computer class will once again be having a "Valentine Scavenger Hunt" throughout the week of February 8-12 on the school's website. Check each day for a valentine picture found somewhere on the website. The photo will be uploaded at approximately 8:00 a.m. The first one to tell Mrs. Dexter what the valentine photo is, will win a small prize. |

NVC Tech Day: Tech students will travel to Ewing to compete at NVC Tech day. The bus will leave at 7:30 a.m. with Doug Dankert driving bus # 8. Students should be back between 3:30 and 3:45. Doug will bring back the JV basketball players leaving at 1:30 from Ewing.
Basketball Action: Chambers will travel to Elgin-Pope John for basketball games. The games will be played at Elgin High School gym. The times are as follows: Girls Jv @ 4:00, Boys Jv @ 5:00, Girls Var at 6:15, and Boys Var at 8:00.The JV bus will leave at 2:15 (Please dismiss at 2:00) with Phillip Metschke driving. The varsity bus will leave at 4:15 with Jarrel Winings driving.The girls will come back on Phillip’s bus and the boys on Jarrel’s bus. Good Luck.

Boys Basketball: Chambers will travel to St. Mary’s for the following: JH 7th Grade: 4:00, JH 8th Grade: 5:00, JV: 6:30, and Var: 8:00. These are boys only games. The Junior High bus will leave at 2:45 (Please dismiss at 2:30). The Junior varsity and Varsity will leave at 5:00 with Jarrel Winings driving. Good Luck!
